The Dairy Section of Fantasy Football Information
Fantasy football magazines and preseason guides are the dairy section of the fantasy football information world in that they have a very short shelf life. Once you get past the first preseason game or two, the information in many of the draft guides is out of date due to injuries, trades, benchings, etc., and they really start to go bad once you reach the regular season. That's where the preseason and in-season fantasy updates come in. I will be reviewing game tape during the preseason and adjusting my fantasy draft grades accordingly. During the season I will update the matchup sheets on a weekly basis. If you are one of those fantasy coaches who makes in-season trades to bolster your team, just imagine the edge this system will give you! Not only will it save you the time in having to go through each player individually to rate his matchups, it will also give you the benefit of updated tape review analysis for that player. With information like this you'd have an unfair advantage over your competition!! It was this type of information that led to the testimonials at the top of this page, and you can have it at your fingertips this season!
The chart below is a sample of the reports I gave my 2004 fantasy subscribers in the preseason. This particular report was for the Philadelphia Eagles:

This report shows all of Todd Pinkston's and Terrell Owens' matchups for each game. The grade column on the left shows the grade for Owens and Pinkston and the point grade expresses that grade on the familiar 4-point academic scale. The next column shows the opposing team and defensive back due to face them. The defensive back then has a grade and point grade value.
This report can tell you, at a glance, how many favorable matchups a receiver will have, and in which weeks he will likely have them. No longer will you have to deal with ratings that are solely based on each team's overall stat rating. You'll finally be able to know how your receivers and QB match up against the individual player they are slated to face. To order this invaluable service, click here.
